Why it matters

Why your gym needs a steady social presence

Before signing up, a lot of people look up a gym or studio on Instagram or Facebook. They want to see the class schedule, what the space looks like and who's teaching. A feed that hasn't been updated in a while raises questions; a current one answers them.

Social is also how your existing members find out about a new class, holiday hours or this month's community workout. Posting on a steady schedule helps members feel like part of the place, not just people with a key card.

Markelop hands you a finished calendar every month: copy, design and scheduling on Facebook and Instagram, one consolidated round of edits and a monthly report. You and your coaches stay focused on coaching.

The plan that usually fits

Consistency · USD 497 per month

Gyms have a lot to cover each month between schedules, coaches, offers and community, and the Consistency plan makes room for it with 16 original pieces on Facebook and Instagram, 4 carousels for schedules or form tips and 8 derived stories. If you run a small studio with a stable schedule, the Presence plan can cover the essentials.

Good to know

No transformation hype: what we're careful about

We don't post weight-loss promises, results-by-a-certain-date claims or health claims. The FTC's truth-in-advertising rules apply to fitness businesses: claims need to be truthful and backed up, and a member's results shouldn't be presented in a way that suggests everyone will get the same outcome. Meta also has its own policies on body image and weight-loss content, so it's worth checking the official help center. Form tips stay general, are approved by your coaches and aren't a substitute for medical advice.
Before-and-after photos, member images or anything about a member's progress are only posted with that person's written consent, which you collect and confirm to us. If you sell supplements, claims about them are regulated, so we only post information you've confirmed and that you're comfortable standing behind.
FAQ

Before you start.

Can you post member before-and-after photos?
Only if the member has given written consent and you've confirmed it to us. Even then, we don't pair them with promised results or timelines.
Do you film classes or make reels?
No. The service doesn't include video, reels or photo shoots. We design with the photos you send of your space and classes.
What if our class schedule changes mid-month?
Posts are prepared monthly from what you send by the 15th, and urgent changes aren't included. Build holidays and seasonal changes into the schedule you send us; for a last-minute notice, you can post a quick story yourself.
Does this work for yoga, Pilates and boutique studios?
Yes. We adjust the content pillars and tone to your discipline: a yoga studio might lean into practice and community, while a strength gym leans into form, challenges and coaching.
