Data controller. Anemona Marketplace, S.A.S. de C.V. ("Markelop"), located at [registered address], is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and this policy.

Data we collect. Non-identifiable information (site usage, browser, operating system, pages viewed) and personal information you provide us: name, email, phone number, business name, and the details you share when booking, messaging us on WhatsApp, or hiring a service. If you make a purchase, we collect the information needed to process payment through the relevant payment gateway.

Primary purposes. Contacting you, preparing proposals and quotes, delivering the services you hire, processing payments, invoicing, and providing support.

Secondary purposes. Sending you commercial information, updates, and marketing content. You may opt out at any time by writing to [email].

Transfers. We share data with technology providers (calendar, messaging, advertising, analytics, hosting, and payment-processing platforms) solely to operate our services. We do not sell your data. These third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

Your rights. You may access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by sending your request to [email]. We will respond within the legally required timeframes.

Retention. We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, remember preferences, and measure traffic. We use session cookies, persistent cookies, and third-party cookies (e.g., analytics and advertising).

We use tools like Google Analytics to understand site usage (visit frequency, pages viewed) and improve it; these collect the assigned IP address, not your name. We may also use third-party advertising technology to show relevant ads.

You can configure or block cookies in your browser. If you disable them, some site features may not work correctly.

Acceptance. By hiring or paying for a service, the client declares they have read and accept these terms and the privacy notice.

Scope. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each service are those stated on its page or in the delivered proposal. Any additional work is quoted separately. We do not guarantee specific results or figures, since these depend on factors outside our control (market, supply, budget).

Business hours. Service support and execution run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mexico City time / GMT-6), excluding official holidays. Outside these hours, automated responses may be used.

Pricing. Prices are published in U.S. dollars (USD) as a reference and may be adjusted. Management services are billed recurringly (monthly or annually); others are one-time payments. Ad spend on advertising platforms is never included and is the client's responsibility.

Markelop reserves the right to decline engagements, excluding unlawful business activities and those that, in its judgment, do not meet its internal standards.

Social media management. The service runs for 30 days and begins once the client provides the requested data, documents and access, taken as started with the first post. Includes 15 designs/content pieces per network (TikTok: 8 videos). A content style proposal and content calendar are sent with one round of changes; internal reviews follow for each post. Message and comment management provides an initial informational contact; closing sales remains the client's responsibility. Campaign proposals do not include the amount to invest. Due to platform policies and to protect client accounts, campaigns run from the client's own ads manager; Markelop never requests or accesses ad-account admin rights or personal banking data.

Brand design and graphic design. Based on a brief, the deliverables stated on each service page are provided, adjustable in typography, color and size; additional proposals or rounds carry the cost stated on the service page. Delivery is digital in the stated formats.

Web development. Sites are built on WordPress with hosting and SSL for the period stated in your proposal; the domain is not included and is managed by the client. Each site includes the number of sections stated; additional sections or features are quoted separately. Hosting renewal and transfer/migration terms at the end of the period are stated in your proposal.

Campaigns and ads. The service includes analysis, targeting, proposal, launch, monitoring (maximum 30 days per cycle) and reporting. Ad spend is separate and set by the client; the campaign can run from the client's own ads manager, with our guidance.

UGC video and video editing. Based on a brief or kickoff call, script proposals are developed, and for UGC, talent selection. Delivery times are those stated for each service. Revisions are limited to what is stated; reshoots or major changes are re-quoted.

Funnels and automation. Setup includes what is described on its page. It does not include ad spend or the license/platform required to run the automation.

Payment. Payment is made in a single installment through the channels indicated on the site.

Invoicing. If you need an invoice, you have 30 days from the purchase date to request it, providing correct tax information. Markelop is not responsible for information entered incorrectly by the client.

Refunds. Where applicable, a full refund is only issued if requested within 72 hours of purchase, with evidence of a breach of these terms. This does not apply to renewals or subscriptions. For annual payments, refunds only apply within 48 hours of purchase. Payments made with a promo code and manual payments are non-refundable. For production services (design, branding, web, video, UGC, funnels) there is no refund once production has started or work has been delivered. Refunds may take 7 to 15 business days to reflect, depending on the payment platform.

Ad spend. The budget allocated to advertising platforms is paid directly to those platforms and is not refundable by Markelop.

Subscription cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time, with a 24-hour cutoff before the next automatic charge, through the payment gateway or by notifying your assigned team during business hours.

This site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a parent or guardian discovers that a minor provided us data without their consent, they may write to [email] to have it removed.

We may modify this policy periodically; changes take effect once the revised version is published on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
