HOW WE WORK
How is each service billed?+
Each service has public pricing in USD. Management services (social, ads) are monthly; others like design, web or funnels are one-time payments. We confirm this in your free diagnosis.
Do I need to hire all the services?+
No. You hire only what you need today and add more as your business requires it. There are no mandatory bundles.
How long do deliverables take?+
It depends on the service: a video in 2–7 days, a funnel in 7–10, a website between 5 and 20 days depending on the option. Each service page states its own timeline.
Is there a mandatory commitment period?+
No. Monthly services renew month to month and you can adjust or pause based on your business.
ADVERTISING & RESULTS
Does the campaign price include ad spend?+
No. The price is for campaign management. Ad spend (what you pay Meta, Google or TikTok) is separate and you set it yourself.
How much should I spend on ads?+
It depends on your goal and industry. In the diagnosis we recommend a realistic budget to start seeing results.
Do you guarantee results?+
We work with method and constant optimization, but no serious professional guarantees exact numbers. What we do guarantee is execution, clear reporting and continuous improvement.
PAYMENTS & BILLING
How do I pay?+
Today we confirm and charge by WhatsApp or call. Online payment via a payment gateway will be enabled on the site soon.
Do you handle pricing in local currency?+
Our reference prices are in USD. We can tell you the equivalent in your local currency when you hire us.
Can I request an invoice?+
Yes. Markelop operates under Anemona Marketplace, S.A.S. de C.V. and can issue an invoice.
THE AI AGENT
Does the AI agent cost extra?+
Yes, it's its own service. Its price depends on the infrastructure setup, which is why it's custom-quoted.
Does the agent sound robotic?+
No. We train it with your business's tone and it escalates to a real person when needed.
